Hours:- 40/ week
Full-time.
This role offers a hybrid work model, combining office days for video and photo shoots with the flexibility to work from home on other days for content creation and marketing tasks.
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating captivating video content and managing our social media presence. If you have a passion for marketing, a flair for content creation, and the skills to effectively engage with our audience, we want to hear from you.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, web media, or a related field or proven experience in content creation or a similar marketing role.
- Knowledge and experience in short-form video content creation.
- Proficiency in social media account management, including platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Exceptional reading and writing skills in English and Arabic.
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software, such as Canva and/or Capcut.
- Possession of a valid Bahraini driving license.
- Basic knowledge of gardening/agriculture is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Video Content Creation: Develop engaging video content for social media accounts, covering the entire content creation process from ideation and scripting to video creation and editing.
- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence, ensuring consistent and appealing content that aligns with our brand and marketing strategy.
- Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to inquiries from customers and leads via social media and calls, maintaining a positive and helpful brand image.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events, working collaboratively with the marketing team to achieve targeted goals.
- Event Representation: Represent the company at exhibitions and events, showcasing our products and services to a wider audience and establishing a strong presence in the industry.
- Website Management: Oversee the companys website, managing inventory and stock on products. Ensure the smooth functioning of the website, promptly addressing any issues or glitches on the ready platform.
