About the Role: Are you passionate about pipeline and generating demand? We need a growth marketer that will go beyond customer acquisition; you will fill in opportunity gaps across the funnel in collaboration with the Demand Content Team, SDRs and Regional Sales Teams. A key role in the EMEA Growth Marketing Team, we are looking for a team player who is creative, data-focussed, and hands-on across all areas of the growth marketing function. This individual will report to the EMEA Digital Marketing Manager, will be responsible for developing and executing customer acquisition campaigns, and focused on acquiring new customers for the META region. What Youll Do: Work with the Senior Director of Field Marketing to identify digital marketing campaigns that will support pipeline growth in each region Manage relationships, campaigns and budgets with the relevant tech vendors Manage the email calendar schedule for the META email sends and CrowdCast virtual events Responsible for creation of emails, CrowdCast invites and event follow-ups in Knak to support relevant regional campaigns and activities Liaise with the Marketing Operations Specialist to schedule and report on those in Marketo Build and optimise regional campaigns to nurture and convert inbound leads into MQLs Work with the Central Digital Team on centralised digital campaigns such as SEM, paid social or display to support the META region Co-ordinate data, content and messaging in collaboration with the Demand Content and SDR Team for call-out days Work with Marketing Operations on audience targeting and segmentation, leveraging 6sense and ABM models Expand and enrich the regional database with qualified contacts Strategise with the Senior Director of Field Marketing and the Digital Marketing Manager to address pipeline gaps in sub-regions and put action plans in place to address these Manage budget for META in line with the Digital Marketing Manager Skills: Data Analytics A/B Testing Marketing Campaign Management Project Management Familiarity with content writing What Youll Need: 5-7 years of experience in a marketing role Bachelor’s degree in marketing or digital marketing Excellent English communication skills Bonus Points: Prior experience in Tech or Software in Middle East Prior experience with Marketo, 6sense, and Tableau Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Knack and Drift #LI-Remote #LI-AL1 Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike: Remote-first culture Market leader in compensation and equity awards with option to participate in ESPP in eligible countries Competitive vacation and flexible working arrangements Physical and mental wellness programs Paid parental leave, including adoption A variety of professional development and mentorship opportunities Access to CrowdStrike University, LinkedIn Learning and Jhanna Offices with stocked kitchens when you need to fuel innovation and collaboration Birthday time-off in your local country Work with people who are passionate in our mission and Great Place to Work certified across the globe We are committed to fostering a culture of belonging where everyone feels seen, heard, valued for who they are and empowered to succeed.
