Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Technical Consultant. The Senior Technical Consultant will be responsible for providing technical remote and on-site support to clients, troubleshooting complex issues, giving consultations for IT solutions, and ensuring customer success. They will also be responsible for supporting the sales team to identify, qualify, and close deals that align with the organizations business objectives.
Qualifications
- Analytical skills, including the ability to assess client requirements, research solutions and provide recommendations
- Consulting skills, including the ability to provide insightful and strategic advice to clients
- Technical support skills, including the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, is a plus
- Experience in Microsoft Solutions, Servers, Database, API
- Experience in Oracle, SQL and other Databases
- Experience in HTML5, PYTHON and others is a plus
- Professional certifications in relevant technologies, or related fields are desirable
- Project management is a must
