- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- Regularly track listings and stay up to date with the market.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
- Research client income and expenses to determine their buying power and capital.
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Display and market real property to possible buyers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be Bilingual ( English+ HINDI, MALAYALAM, TAMIL)
- Minimum 1-2 years of Dubai Real Estate Experience
- Knowledge about the real estate trend in Dubai
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
