Job Overview

Responsible for managing, negotiating, and drafting contracts related to the projects. Ensure compliance, resolve contractual disputes. Attention detail, legal understanding and effective communication are crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiating terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, resolving contractual disputes, managing changes to contracts, liaising with clients, subcontractors, and legal teams, and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle. They play a vital role in risk management and contribute to the overall success of construction projects by ensuring contractual clarity and adherence.

Education and Qualifications

Holds a bachelors degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.

Additional qualifications such as a masters degree in construction law or business administration can be beneficial.

Professional certifications like Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) preferred.

Strong knowledge of construction contracts, legal regulations, and project management.

5-10 years multi-disciplinary experience, of which at least 5 years should be in a construction company.

Must be fluent in speaking, writing, and reading in Arabic & English language.
