An Elite UK Law Firm in Dubai is looking for a Private Investment Funds Associate with 3-6 PQE to join their team. The firm has a powerful presence in the funds and asset management space, boasting a prestigious clientele and strong global connections. Candidates must be 3-6 PQE
They must have good technical knowledge of limited partnership agreements and negotiation points on fund investments.
They should be well-versed in Funds Docs, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Private Funds and have experience in establishing funds in ADGM, DIFC, LUXEMBOURG, GUERNSEY, CAYMAN ISLANDS.
Experience in hedge funds and M&A is beneficial, but a comprehensive understanding of private funds and negotiations with investors is preferred.
The firm is particularly interested in lawyers who are based in London, New York, or Luxembourg but strong lawyers from other jurisdictions are also encouraged to apply.
