We are currently recruiting for our prestigious client, a leading provider of various services: 
Job Title: Hospitality Trainer
Job location: Abu Dhabi

Job Summary: As a Hospitality Trainer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs for our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for nurturing talent within the workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Program Development: Design and develop training programs tailored to meet the specific needs of various roles within the hospitality sector.
    Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and multimedia content.
  2. Onboarding and Orientation: Conduct orientation sessions for new hires to familiarize them with company policies, values, and service standards.
    Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration of new employees into their roles.
  3. Technical and Soft Skills Training: Deliver training sessions on technical skills related to hospitality operations, including customer service, food and beverage, housekeeping, and other relevant areas.
    Provide coaching on soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
  4. Performance Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
    Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and adjust training strategies accordingly.
  5. Professional Development:Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to enhance training programs.
    Encourage continuous learning and professional development among staff members.
