· Ministry of Foreign Affairs, DMCC, Tecom, JAFZA, Customs, Ministry of Labor, Dubai/ Abu Dhabi Municipality, Embassies, National Media Council, RTA, Economic Dept, Dubai Courts, Police, Department of Naturalization and Residency.
· Regularly communicate with legal department ensuring that all our license / permits are up to date and The Company meets all local laws and regulations.
· Monitor the renewal of permits and licenses including trade licenses, chamber of commerce, certificates of registration, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and The Company meet the required government standards.
· Ensure that we’re fully compliant and up to date with regards to any changes in existing labor regulations and government processes.
· Conduct and process all types of visas, including Employment visas, Residence visas for all employees and their families.
