Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food delivery operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day operations, including order fulfillment, delivery logistics, and customer service.

· Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems to optimize efficiency and productivity.

· Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

· Recruit, train, and supervise delivery riders and other operational staff.

· Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of goods.

· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

· Bachelors degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (preferred).

· Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the food delivery or hospitality industry.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

· Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

· Proficiency in using technology and software applications for operational management.

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
