Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and project management, to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, working closely with sales teams to capitalize on them.
Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients on account status, project updates, and performance metrics.
Negotiate contract renewals and pricing adjustments to meet both client and company objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively advise clients and drive value-added solutions.
Provide proactive account management by anticipating potential issues and taking preemptive action to address them.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and transactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop client-specific marketing materials and campaigns.
Qualification / Requirement
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2 years of experience in account management or sales roles, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
