Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Interior Draftsman to join our construction team. The Interior Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans for interior design and fitout projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of interior design principles, construction techniques, materials, and standards, as well as proficiency in CAD software.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret architectural drawings and specifications to create detailed interior design and fitout drawings.
- Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and project managers to develop innovative and functional interior spaces.
- Ensure that all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to craftsmen and builders during the construction phase.
- Review and revise drawings as required to accommodate changes and modifications.
- Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, and project specifications.
- Stay updated with new trends, techniques, and materials in the interior design and construction industry.
