Job Description
Achieves IT operational objectives by maintaining current system; evaluating, and recommending
Determines IT Operations by analysing needs of departments, modifications to core system application
Improves quality results by evaluating and upgrading processes.
Accomplishes organisation mission by completing related results as needed
Maintains and troubleshoots HIS related errors and problems
Provided training and support to end users on HIS and related information systems
