OPERATIONS MANAGER F&B CONCEPTS, BAHRAIN
We have been retained to work on a very exciting position with a well-established company who are looking to expand their hospitality division.
We are looking for a strong Operator who has good experience in managing Restaurant Operations at company level.
Experience, skills and attributes that we are looking for include:
- Hands-on experience in opening Fine Dining 5 Star Bar and Restaurant concepts
- Manpower Planning experience
- P/L Responsibility
- Handling Multiple F&B Brands – both local and international
- Forward thinking individual who can think on their feet
- Good problem solving and trouble shooting head
- Experience in managing Board Level expectations
- Should be a strategic thinker and decision maker
- Inspirational leader and mentor to the team
- Manage succession planning and hire effectively
- Ability to communicate in Arabic and English is essential for this role
Salary Package Offered: BHD 2000 – 2500 pm + company car + family visa and tickets + performance based bonus etc.
