Job Summary:
We at LEO International HR Consultancy are seeking a Nanny for our Outsourced clients in the UAE. We are seeking a compassionate and reliable nanny to provide exceptional childcare for the clients family. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our children to grow and thrive. The nanny will be responsible for all aspects of childcare, including engaging in age-appropriate activities, preparing meals, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care for our children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Engage children in enriching and developmentally appropriate activities, such as reading, arts and crafts, and outdoor play.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for children, considering dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, including childrens bedrooms, play areas, and common spaces.
- Assist with childrens hygiene routines, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Transport children to and from school, extracurricular activities, and appointments as required.
- Help with homework and school projects, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding childrens activities, progress, and any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Adhere to family rules, routines, and disciplinary practices, promoting consistency and respect.
