Job Description

Identify potential M&A opportunities in the company Industrial segment across geographies

Preparing business plans with sectors for forecasting the financial projections of the target company.

Working and making use of various valuation methodologies for recommending to senior management the strategy of acquiring a stake in the company.

Working with Global Consultants (KPMG etc) for due diligence and legal advisors to obtain their advisory and clearance.

Working with Banks to avail Acquisition financing

Preparing strategy for acquiring a company, structuring a deal (i.e Merger/ Demerger), sale of assets buy of assets etc, Joint Venture Formation, Technical Collaboration etc.

Ensuring that the Mergers and Acquisition deals are carried out within the regulatory frame work of the jurisdiction under which the transaction takes place.

Providing integrated solutions by balancing the needs of the sectors/business and corporate function.

Tracking regulatory changes in the country and aligning the recommendations with such changes.

Managing Relationships with different sectors by regularly sending News Alerts and News Letters.

Establishing robust processes on the allocated pillars of the Mergers and Acquisition Department which are: - Customer Relationship Management, Systems and Processes, Knowledge Management, Process Partner, Expert Creation and Human Resources

Work for integration of the Organization with the acquired company in all aspects
