· Should have worked on at least 2-3 Implementations Functional Consultant in HCM Fusion.
· Strong Functional Skills on Fusion- Core HR, Absence, Payroll with Fast Formula, OTL, Talent Suite.
· Should have experience in Stake Holder Management and Customer Communication.
· Knowledge on Business Processes with good exposure to Methodology of Execution.
· Should work independently.
· Should have sound knowledge in functional Skills as well as Technical Skills.
