Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our construction team. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction activities on-site, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and according to specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage construction activities on-site, including monitoring progress, quality, and safety.
- Interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications, and ensure that work is executed accordingly.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily progress reports, inspection records, and as-built drawings.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to identify and resolve any issues or deficiencies.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all workers.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Assist in the resolution of technical issues and conflicts that may arise during construction.
- Provide technical support and guidance to site staff, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
