You’ll have the opportunity to advise sovereign wealth fund, private equity, alternative capital provider (ACPs) and corporate clients on all forms of M&A, alternative capital transactions, portfolio assistance and restructuring advice.
This role requires the right candidate to have a mixed practice of ECM and and M&A and represents a unique chance to join this team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will likely have between 3-6 PQE and have top academics, training and experience gained from a Magic Circe or US firm in London.
