Description Our client wants a Project Planning Manager that is able to see the bigger picture and manage client, consultant and planning team.
We want someone that sees beyond the baseline program and can see risk before its an issue. This person will understand how to work with a client to ensure that all obstacles are removed to ensure that progress and profitability occurs for both client and contractor.

Ideally you will have delivered a Major High Rise Tower or Mixed Use Facility Leading the project planning team

- 30 Month Program on site
- Based 20 Minutes Drive from DXB Airport
Do you have a track record on 1/2 Billion AED + Build Projects for Main Contractors as a Lead Planner / Planning Manager ? You will know clients , consultants and have a track record working on relevant type projects.
The following is 100% crucial for this employer: * Communication skills ( Forget the sir/madam approach or interested as this grates the client more than us)
- Analytical and methodical approach to work
- Sounds Technical & Engineering background
- Commercial awareness of the program and profitability
- Able to manage a small team in a hands on manner . No ego’ or over delegating needed!
Do you match the following criteria
- Do you have a track record within Tier 1 Main Contractors in the UAE ?
- P6 / Primavera experience
- Can you hold your own and have meaningful conversations with Client , RE & Project Directors & Operations Managers onsite.
- Candidates must have prior Gulf Experience ideally in the UAE for Tier 1 & 2 Main Contractors
This person will be able to start employment before the 1st of May
