Mid-senior lawyer required for a market leading corporate / M&A practice in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have gained strong private practice or a mixture of private practice and in house,experience and most likely be at the 3-6 PQE range.
Middle East experience is highly preferred, as is experience working with clients in the insurance/regulatory and health care industry but candidates who don;t quite match this but are happy to diversify their experience are encouraged to get in touch.
This team advises clients across a range of industries, including health care, insurance and reinsurance, logistics, FMCG etc on a range of complex corporate, M&A transactions. They are also focused on corporate advisory and corporate governance matters as well as assisting VC investors in different stages of investments in high profile start-ups.
