Job Description

  • Manage the reactive, preventive and corrective maintenance of Soft Services in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
  • Manage Sub-contractors service deliveries in line with SLA’s and cost budgets
  • Ensure that all statutory requirements are met according to the calendar deadlines for all local authority requirements e.g. Civil Defence, DEWA, Municipality, etc.
  • Allocate manpower and Supervisory staff to various projects efficiently in order to maximize productivity
  • Ensure adequately trained staff are allocated to various projects and if training is required then organize technical training to meet the training needs
  • Conduct weekly tool box meetings in order to increase their awareness of various topics e.g. checklists of preventive measures, work permits, firefighting, first aid, Safety, interaction with customers, incidents, working conditions of tools issued, etc.
  • Supervise the maintenance of Special Services Equipment e.g. Swimming pools, Passenger lifts, Fire alarm systems, Access Control Doors, etc. by authorised contractors in line with Company standards and procedures, SLA’s and agreed contractual terms
