The person is responsible for handling operational tasks, such as documentation, online submissions, dealing with government departments, proper coordination with Sales as well as Accounts departments, maintaining a healthy business relationship with clients etc. A Client Relations Officer should have excellent communication skill in English, email writing skill, typing speed, operating skills in MS Office.
