Responsibilities:
- Manage the commissioning, debugging, cutover, and acceptance of fixed network products.
- Conduct skills transfer to technical staff from representative offices and outsourcing partners.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for maintenance during the engineering period.
- Handle escalated faults and technical issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance on fixed network products.
- Analyze network performance and suggest optimization solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commissioning, debugging, and acceptance of fixed network products, preferably with a focus on ZTE GPON technology.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively train and transfer technical knowledge to others.
- Experience in preventive maintenance procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
