Our company is seeking an experienced administrative assistant. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff have adequate support to work efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Make sure office activities and operations are coordinated in a way that is efficient and compliant with company policies.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Keeping records and updating databases with information about personnel, finances, and other matters
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Skills:

  • Smart and energetic with fluent English.
  • Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills
  • Proven excellence as an office assistant, office administrator, or in another relevant position
  • Has knowledge of cleaning company SOPs.
  • Excellent communication skills in person, in writing, and over the phone
  • Familiarity with standard procedures and basic accounting principles used in the office
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications.

Requirements:

  • Currently available in Qatar with NOC.
  • Recent Photograph
