Our company is seeking an experienced administrative assistant. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff have adequate support to work efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Make sure office activities and operations are coordinated in a way that is efficient and compliant with company policies.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- Keeping records and updating databases with information about personnel, finances, and other matters
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Skills:
- Smart and energetic with fluent English.
- Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills
- Proven excellence as an office assistant, office administrator, or in another relevant position
- Has knowledge of cleaning company SOPs.
- Excellent communication skills in person, in writing, and over the phone
- Familiarity with standard procedures and basic accounting principles used in the office
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications.
Requirements:
- Currently available in Qatar with NOC.
