Assist in the development and refinement of the clients Strategic Plan. Support operational departments by building action plans for implementation of the strategic plan. Run workshops around strategic planning & performance management for departments. Conduct environmental, internal and gap analysis. Identify strategic issues and barriers and recommend solutions. Monitor performance across departments on an on-going basis, and quickly identify potential problems. Contribute analysis and ideas to strategic projects, e.g. resolving highest priority strategic issues. Design, develop, implement and maintain a set of strategic planning process, defining required standard and governance. Add value to research and department data through careful analysis and review.
