Job Description

· Organize the work for the Project team in the various phases of a Project including various procedures Quality & Execution Plan. Attend Kick off meetings & prepare MOM etc.

· Responsible for managing a project work package within the constraints of scope, quality, time and cost, to deliver specified requirements and functionality to meet customer satisfaction

· Provide leadership and direction for the duration of the Project Cycle

· Liaising with Planning, Engineering, Procurement Fabrication, QC, Safety and Maintenance

· Departments to ensure that resources are available as required for the project

· Develop project execution plan and strategy for each project

· Lead the project management team for completion of projects within schedule and in budget

· Team management of over 100 Engineers & Staff

· Prepare & Issue technical summary & technical risks anticipated to management

· Responsible for monitoring the day to day running of the work progress and schedule

· Expedite with vendors, subcontractors & Client for various activities

· Coordinate work with other team members. Ensure all work package requirements are properly documented according to the relevant parts of the contract documents

· Ensure timely activity, integration and efficient use of resources to meet requirements

· Report progress and forecast final targets

· Document, ensure approval of, and track all changes in work package parameters

· Document all obstacles and delays, and recommend corrective measures

· Ensure that company Operation procedures and project specific procedures are understood and adhered to by concerned

· Ensure projects adhere to Quality & HSE System requirements

· Interface coordination with PMC & Client with regards to various issues.

· Interpretation of plans to ensure effective coordination between all Project functions

· Review and monitoring of progress reports and productivity

· Bringing events that may cause schedule slippage to the notice of the Project team and Functional departments in a timely manner

· Manage project changes and variations control

· Liaising with Planning, Engineering, Procurement Fabrication, QC, Safety and Maintenance Departments to ensure that resources are available as required for the project

· Ensuring that "as built" information is supplied to Engineering Department in a timely manner

· Project controls and reports, Expediting the lagging activities

· Liaise with client on all matters relating to the project including overall progress, approval of documents, client’s obligations and progress

· Champion the consistent use of delivery tools/processes which ensure that all parties have an agreed understanding of the project and their part within it

· Prepare Project Procedures, Quality & HSE plans & Issue the project program/ Schedule

· Coordinate & control for PTW / work permits & Shut down/turnarounds

· Ensure that cost and work-hours are properly monitored, reported and take preventive / corrective action where necessary

· Review client’s documentation for acceptability. Co-ordinate with client for missing data/information through RFIs

· Completion of project within the time, cost, safety, and other stated performance parameters

· delivering superior value to the client and lowering total cost.

· Develop close out reports projects with lessons learnt ad share it with project team. Archive the same for future reference
