Lead the design concept development (residential/office or mixed use building) process from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and client vision
Performs design drafting including preliminary drawings, working drawings and full detail drawings for architectural works associated with building construction or improvement projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, interior designers, and project managers to integrate design concepts into overall project plans.
Reviews Subcontractor s shop drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and contract agreements by checking them for technical accuracy according to accepted guidelines.
Plans layout of project and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval
Develop innovative and creative design solutions that push the boundaries of traditional architecture
Present design concepts to clients and key stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to inform design decisions and enhance project outcomes
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior design team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
· Must be familiar with Dubai Building Code and master developer’s guideline and procedures.
