Job Description

  • Provide administrative support services to ensure the smooth functioning of the Student Affairs Department.
  • Assist in decision-making processes under the guidance of the Student Coordinator.
  • Handle clerical tasks and maintain daily transactions for the department.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Student Coordinator and staff members.
  • Schedule appointments and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage the office filing system efficiently.
  • Assist in compiling daily reports and maintaining department records.
  • Read and screen incoming correspondence and reports, forwarding relevant materials as necessary.
  • Respond to inquiries, receive calls, and greet visitors, providing information or directing them to the appropriate department personnel.
  • Assist in composing letters and memoranda for circulation within the college or department.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and distribute them to relevant staff members.
  • Take minutes during meetings and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate office management activities for staff members.
  • Make referrals or provide information to students and staff as needed.
  • Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.
