Job Description
Provide administrative support services to ensure the smooth functioning of the Student Affairs Department.
Assist in decision-making processes under the guidance of the Student Coordinator.
Handle clerical tasks and maintain daily transactions for the department.
Serve as a liaison between the Student Coordinator and staff members.
Schedule appointments and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel.
Manage the office filing system efficiently.
Assist in compiling daily reports and maintaining department records.
Read and screen incoming correspondence and reports, forwarding relevant materials as necessary.
Respond to inquiries, receive calls, and greet visitors, providing information or directing them to the appropriate department personnel.
Assist in composing letters and memoranda for circulation within the college or department.
Prepare meeting agendas and distribute them to relevant staff members.
Take minutes during meetings and ensure accurate documentation.
Coordinate office management activities for staff members.
Make referrals or provide information to students and staff as needed.
Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.
