Processing the orders efficiently and verifying the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
Acts as a liaison between various departments of the company and customers, to coordinate smooth deliveries and timely pull-in and push-out requests from customers.
Answering incoming calls & emails, as well as addressing customer needs and requirements.
