Job Description

  • Processing the orders efficiently and verifying the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
  • Acts as a liaison between various departments of the company and customers, to coordinate smooth deliveries and timely pull-in and push-out requests from customers.
  • Answering incoming calls & emails, as well as addressing customer needs and requirements.
  • Will have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant data to the management team.
