ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist at Helal & Partners Law Firm, In Association with Helal & Fraser International. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding the firms client base. You will work closely with our legal team to understand client needs and develop tailored business development strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong understanding of business development principles and practices
• Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the legal or professional services industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Fluency in English and Arabic
