Job Description

  • Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives to support the overall business goals.
  • Manage IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including managing the help desk and ensuring the availability and performance of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Manage IT vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance evaluation.
  • Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to understand their IT needs and ensure the delivery of solutions that meet those needs.
  • Ensure the security of IT systems and data, implementing and enforcing appropriate security measures.
