Identifying potential customers and generating leads using market research and existing customer networks.
· Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and providing them with excellent customer service.
· Promoting precast concrete products to customers and providing them with technical information on precast solutions.
· Preparing and presenting sales proposals, contracts, and estimates to clients.
· Collaborating with production and technical teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to customer specifications.
· Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, and analyzing sales and market data to determine the most effective sales strategies.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree.
· 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the precast concrete industry.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
