Job Role
Assist in supporting all administrative processes within the Human Capital facility. Ensure internal & external effective communication in compliance with set standards in quality, productivity, hygiene & guest satisfaction. Promote positive team spirit & assist in efficient & smooth operation.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in compiling & disseminating all reports relating to manpower resources, including but not limited to vacation planning, daily hours reporting & Attendance
Assist in ensuring reports generated by the SAP system are disseminated to the correct section in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records for all reporting relating but not limited to productivity, training, SOP’s, wastage, quality evaluation & hygiene
Assist in ensuring the accuracy of all ordering through the SAP system & manual requisition
Liaise with relevant departments to ensure effective communication & support coordination across all catering facility sections
Assist production to ensure accurate labelling & signage when requested
Assist Culinary Excellence & Development Team on SAP & clerical tasks relating to recipe management & system data
Assist in ensuring all administration filing is accurate, up to date & adheres to set standardization
Job Requirement
Minimum 2 years of related experience within large operations
Detail-orientated with good computer skills
Excellent English language
Strong organizational skills
Maintain calm during a demanding work schedule
