*Job Description:*
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Site Nurse with a DOH license to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Site Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive healthcare services and promoting a safe and healthy work environment at our site location. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering quality patient care.
*Duties and Responsibilities:*
1. Provide primary healthcare services, including first aid and emergency medical care, to employees and visitors at the site.
2. Conduct health assessments, screenings, and vaccinations as required.
3. Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic procedures in accordance with medical protocols and physician orders.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation of all patient encounters.
5. Monitor and assess workplace hazards, ergonomic factors, and environmental conditions to ensure employee safety.
6. Implement and oversee occupational health programs and initiatives to promote wellness and prevent illness and injury.
7. Educate employees on health-related topics, including preventive care, hygiene practices, and lifestyle modifications.
8. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, management, and external stakeholders to coordinate care and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
9. Participate in training and continuing education activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
10. Adhere to ethical standards, confidentiality guidelines, and professional codes of conduct in all interactions and duties.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Valid DOH license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Abu Dhabi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse, preferably in a site or occupational health setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures and protocols
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Proficiency in computer skills and medical documentation
- CPR and first aid certification required
