Job Title: Experienced Waitress

Location: [ to work at Chinese and Canadian restaurant in Canada]

Description:

We are seeking an experienced waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two to three years of experience in the hospitality industry, with strong skills in sushi, salad bar preparation, and basic cooking to assist if needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
• Take orders and serve food and beverages and bar cocktails , alcohol drinks promptly and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Handle cash and card transactions with precision
• Ensure safety in food preparation, including sushi, basic dishes, and soups
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and be willing to work under stress during rush hours

Requirements:

. Must Graduated from hospitality university.

• Minimum of two to three years of experience in a similar role in UAE.
• Strong skills in sushi preparation and basic cooking
• Proficiency in English with ILTES or similar exams with a results of 5 marks or higher.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

. Able to stand for long shift of 10 hours and work 6 days / week.
