Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Accountant located in Riyadh. As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial statements, conducting financial reporting, utilizing accounting software, and utilizing analytical skills to analyze financial data. You will play a critical role in our finance department and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:
The Senior Finance Officer will be responsible for various financial tasks including accounting, financial management, fund management, asset management, and tax management. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing employee expense reimbursements, including expense review, payment, and accounting, ensuring reasonable and compliant expenditure, accurate and standardized accounting.
- Managing and accounting for cash, checks, wire transfers, ensuring the reasonable operation of the companys cash flow.
- Managing the companys bank accounts, including account balance accounting, payment of bank fees, opening, modifying, and closing bank accounts.
- Auditing and accounting for the addition, depreciation, and scrapping of fixed assets.
- Inventory purchase cost accounting, inventory pricing management, gross profit analysis; accounting for inventory purchase and sales.
- Daily accounting, preparation of financial statements including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring the accuracy and timely submission of reports.
- Reconciling with suppliers and customers regularly to ensure the accuracy of transactions.
- Understanding local tax policies, responsible for various tax accounting and declarations, tax planning, maintaining good relations with local tax authorities.
- Conducting annual/temporary audits for the company.
- Preparing the companys annual financial budget, monitoring budget completion, and reporting.
- Other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proficiency in Arabic, English, and/or Chinese.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
