- Required to work within Office / Administration environment
- Responsible for providing the primary objective whilst delivering the secondary objectives where ever possible but always in such a way that positively affects the customers perception or call/visit experience.
- Ensure that all the activities adhere to support TANZIFCO L.L.C. Quality Management System.
- Take direct orders from the Assistant General Manager & General Manager.
- Provide direct assistance to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager as required.
- Undertake typing of official letters, emails, correspondences, tenders, quotations and all related documents pertaining to the office administration.
- Perform other routine clerical tasks as assigned and for other department as needed.
- Order and maintain relevant office supplies for effectiveness of personal duties.
- Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between customers / suppliers / visitors / enquiries and relevant staff, and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone or in person, and to verbal or written instructions.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationship with co-workers, supervisors and the general public.
- Perform reception duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance and adhere to relevant health & safety procedures.
- Performs tasks as assigned by the General Manager
