We are seeking a dynamic & experienced Operation & Sales Manager to lead our Elevator Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both operations management & sales, with a proven track record of driving business growth & achieving targets in the elevator industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop & execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets & expand market presence.
- Identify potential clients & business opportunities through market research & networking efforts.
- Build & maintain strong relationships with key customers, architects, contractors, & developers.
- Prepare & present proposals, quotations, & contracts to prospective clients, negotiating terms & closing deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials & campaigns to support sales efforts.
Operations Management:
- Oversee all aspects of the Elevator Divisions operations, including installation, maintenance, & service.
- Develop & implement efficient processes & procedures to ensure smooth project execution & timely delivery of services.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, & logistics, to optimize resource allocation & maximize operational efficiency.
- Monitor performance metrics & KPIs to identify areas for improvement & implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations & quality standards in all operational activities.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead & motivate a team of sales professionals, project managers, & technicians, fostering a culture of accountability & continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance, coaching, & training to team members to enhance their skills & performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations & set clear objectives to ensure alignment with departmental goals.
- Foster a collaborative & inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork & innovation.
