Job Description:
As a Real Estate Sales Agent at Accord Real Estate, you will be responsible for selling off-plan properties in Dubai to prospective buyers. You will use your expertise in the Dubai real estate market and your knowledge of off-plan properties to advise clients and facilitate successful transactions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with unlimited earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective buyers of off-plan properties.
- Educate clients about the benefits of investing in off-plan properties in Dubai.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information about properties.
- Negotiate sales agreements and ensure smooth transactions.
- Collaborate with developers, lawyers, and other stakeholders to facilitate property sales.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments in the Dubai real estate market.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of experience in selling off-plan properties in Dubai.
- Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and off-plan properties.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus
