The work schedule for this position is: Full Time (40 hours per week)
Start date: Candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time (06 weeks) of receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications or their candidacy may end.

For non-UAE national, the Mission assists in obtaining the required residency visa to lawfully work in the UAE. Basic Function of the Position:
The incumbent reports to the General Services officer and the Realty Supervisor, working under their direction to determine work priorities. The incumbent is a primary point of contact for all Landlords’ maintenance requests, and Landlords’ related preventive maintenance scheduling and requests for services and assures communication and coordination between the occupants and the landlords’ maintenance teams for action. The incumbent is the customer service representative for the GSO-Housing Section, communicating with personnel from all levels within the Embassy and outside it.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum three (3) years of office and administrative experience in a customer-service office and in residential building maintenance with focus on quality control, coordination and inspection is required.
Completion of Secondary School or Local Mandatory Schooling and received high school diploma
LANGUAGE: *English test is required*
Good working knowledge in Written/Speaking/Reading in English is required.
Good working Knowledge in Arabic and/or Urdu speaking is required.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: *Computer skills may be tested*
Knowledge of residential building maintenance procedures and strong Microsoft Office Software suite skills.
