WEBBEE TECHNOLOGY LLC is a Dubai-based company that provides solutions for website development and management. The company offers WEBBEESITE, a platform that allows users to develop and manage their own website without requiring technical expertise or incurring significant costs.


Position Overview: As a Business Development Executive, your primary objective will be to identify and establish partnerships with B2B clients, including Free Zones, Business Setup Consultants, and other Corporate Entities with large customer databases. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, lead generation, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the corporate sales landscape.


As business development executive you will be responsible for:

·      Active attraction of new clients and sales activities to ensure continued profitability and growth.

·      Plan and execute activities to achieve revenue targets and maximize customer contacts.

·      Engage in both inbound and outbound sales, handling leads and nurturing the existing pipeline.

·      Startup or scale-up experience, with the ability to set KPIs and targets independently.

·      Resourcefulness and the ability to thrive without micromanagement.

·      Develop relationships and build trust with clients

·      Regularly compile and share detailed reports with the Line Manager, outlining client interactions, responses and feedbacks received.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.


Our requirements:

  • Proven mandatory 1-2 years of experience in IT corporate sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  •    Previous SAAS sales experience preferred.    
  •  Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  •      An innovative and proactive mindset, consistently seeking new opportunities for growth.
  •      Bachelors degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  •      Strong English communication, negotiation and presentation skills (Other languages are advantageous).
  •      Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  •      Highly organized, detail oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
