Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead training sessions for the sales team regarding the features of our website and mobile application to effectively address client queries.
- Provide support and guidance to the sales team, documenting conversion-related conversations, and refining client approaches.
- Facilitate communication and bug reporting between the sales and technical teams through various channels such as WhatsApp and direct calls.
- Analyze and document various marketing outlets using an impact vs. effort matrix, continuously updating this document for future client onboarding.
- Communicate new feature changes and major updates to clients via emails.
- Coordinate with various teams to plan and execute effective trade events.
- Collaborate with sales teams across different locations to deliver compelling pitches for client onboarding, highlighting the benefits of creating a KGK Diamonds account.
- Identify potential new clients (both local and overseas) for onboarding, alongside developing detailed marketing strategies for lead generation channels and conversion.
- Evaluate revenue & profit KPIs to focus on the most effective acquisition channels.
- Conduct market research to identify effective go-to-market strategies and facilitate cross-team communication for strategy execution.
- Develop automated outreach and onboarding strategies by analyzing CRM data, overseeing cold calling efforts, and ensuring effective client acquisition.
- Monitor client onboarding processes, offering insights and solutions to streamline registration.
- Plan and conduct feedback sessions and surveys in collaboration with the TPM/Product Designer to gather insights on first release features.
- Utilize web & mobile analytics tools (e.g., Zoho Marketing, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Firebase, GTM) to generate insights and share them with the Team Product Manager (TPM) and sales team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing operations, client onboarding, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, especially in SAAS e-commerce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in data analysis and marketing analytics tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on client engagement and retention.
