Job Description
- Coordinate and manage design projects, conceptual studies, Pre-Feed, FEED Stage design projects, scope definition studies, select stage studies, feasibility studies etc. to ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and meeting the quality standards.
- Shall understand the basic Piping, Pipeline, Equipment, Skid packages, structural design requirements and shall be able to review the related engineering works.
- Prepare / verify the design deliverables from Engineering. Prepare / Update the EDDR. Control of CRS (Comment resolution sheets) and clarification shall be done.
- Shall Arrange, participate Engineering Work shop such HAZOP, HAZID etc.
- Shall arrange technical review meetings, create agenda, participate in meetings, and issue MOM for records. Shall be able to prepare necessary presentations. Coordination with external specialist consultants shall be done.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to track progress, milestones, and deadlines
- Bachelor Mechanical Engineering Degree. Project Management Certification (PMP) would be an advantage.
- Minimum of 6 years years of total experience in oil & gas related engineering design works.
- Proficient in project management software like MS Project or Primavera and CAD software, such as AutoCAD.
- Shall have at least 3 years of in-house working experience with any engineering consultant or Design consultant or PMC as end user consultant in UAE for ADNOC projects.
- Shall be familiar with ADNOC standards for pre-execution stage projects.
