- Coordinating with operations team for the project setup and day to day requirements.
- Functionality testing ACD, IVR and other Contact Centre related requests. This involves a testing before releasing CC setup to production. A checklist & training will be provided.
- Software Applications testing before releasing to production. A checklist & training will be provided.
- Managing IT support contract and ensuring timely renewal. Access to contract management portal will be provided. Objective is to assist in getting all support contracts are renewed on a timely manner.
- IT inventory management and documentation including employee IT clearance.
- Asset issuance, returns and documentation.
- Coordinating with procurement team for IT related procurements.
- Updating Technology Task portal and coordinating the pending tasks.
- Periodic audit and review on ISO as well as project compliance on the call floor. This included verifying access control, antivirus, data leakage prevention controls and installed software on computers. A checklist will be provided.
