Qualification:
At least 5-7 years working experience in Dubai
Aware with Dubai Authorities regulations and procedures such as Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, RTA, Trakhees, DDA …etc.
Coordinate with local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals for fit-out and construction projects
Act as a liaison between project teams and authorities to address any permit-related issues.
