Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrative and HR Manager to join our team in the Dubai office, focusing on the prestigious real estate sector. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in administrative management and human resources within the real estate market, demonstrating proficiency in managing administrative tasks effectively and a deep understanding of HR processes.

Responsibilities:

· Overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, such as office management, facilities maintenance, and procurement of supplies.

· Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

· Managing the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating orientation sessions.

· Handling employee relations issues and providing guidance on disciplinary actions or conflict resolution.

· Managing payroll and benefits administration, including employee compensation, leave management, and insurance enrolment.

· Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees to support their professional development.

· Developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

· Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to personnel files, employee data, and HR transactions.

· Monitoring and analysing HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

· Collaborating with senior management to develop strategic initiatives and align HR practices with organizational goals.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in administrative management and human resources, preferably in the real estate industry.

· In-depth knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to HR operations.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with employees, management, and external stakeholders.

· Ability to oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.

· Proficiency in HR policies and procedures development, implementation, and enforcement to maintain a positive work environment and ensure compliance.

· Experience in performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution to address workplace issues effectively.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

· Knowledge of payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management.

· Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) or HRMS (Human Resources Management Systems) for HR operations.

· Bachelors degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field. Additional certifications in HR management may be preferred or required.
