Responsibilities:
- Supervise hypermarket staff and operations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies.
- Monitor inventory and sales performance.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly.
Requirements:
- Previous Supervisor experience in retail/hypermarkets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
