Responsibilities:
- Assist showroom manager in overseeing operations.
- Maintain showroom appearance and organization.
- Train and motivate staff for excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory and handle customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- Previous Assistant Manager experience in retail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of showroom operations.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
