Key Responsibilities:
· Install and maintain networking: Responsible for configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN).
· Proven hands-on network engineering experience with leading manufacturers (CISCO, HP, ISON, KORENIX).
· Understand network requirements from clients and implement, configure, and test accordingly.
· Design network infrastructure and identify any discrepancies.
· Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
· Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11 QoS).
· Hands-on experience with monitoring network diagnostic and analytics tools; liaise with vendors/manufacturers to resolve any arising issues.
· Solid understanding of OSI and TCP/IP models.
· Ensure that all systems meet industry standards and manufacturer regulations.
Qualifications:
· Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer/Instrumentation Technology.
· 3-4 years of experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting networks and related devices.
· Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.
· Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) and ability to work in a team environment.
· Excellent problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency calls outside of regular work hours.
