Job Description
- Act as an HSE representative on site for all site HSE issues and Liaise with the contractor for HSE issues related to the site activities.
- Determine the required potential protective equipment and issue to the concerned staff.
- Develop and Seek approvals for project required HSE plans, procedures, and Safety equipment applicable.
- Monitoring maintenance standards, integrity and certification for firefighting, lifesaving, and other safety equipment.
- Spread the culture of Safety First in the Organization.
- Implement effective communication system, organize and lead HSE review meetings.
- Check the record and advise on emergency arrangements & requirements.
- Report to the Management regarding HSE performance.
Job qualifications/requirements
- Minimum 2 Years of experience out of which at least 2 years in managing and implementing HSE and welfare requirements in Oil & Gas industry and served in the capacity of HSE Engineer at least for one year in the previous assignments.
- Ability to conduct HSE audits and reviews.
- Ability to speak, read and write English with good communication skills
- Ability to develop Emergency response procedures/plans.
